Rapid Fire – Episode 1
Episode 1 will introduce you to the basic concepts and theory behind the Rapid Fire Self Defense and Fitness program. This session will introduce the 2 basic stances we will be using thru out this series, the Rapid Fire Ready Stance and the Rapid Fire Fighting Stance along with a basic body mechanics drill. Rapid Fire – Episode 2
During this session we will review the Rapid Fire Ready Stance and the Rapid Fire Fighting Stance. During this session we will review the 1st basic combinations we learned in episode 3. In this episode we will be introducing the 2nd lower body technique into your training, specifically the knee strike. We will also work on creating our 2nd combination by combining the upper body strikes we’ve learned in previous episodes with the basic knee strikes. Rapid Fire – Episode 5
During this session we will be reviewing the basic knee strike we learned in the last episode. We will also review the 2nd combination we learned which combined the upper body techniques with the knee strike. In this episode we will be learning our 1st stance adjustment that will involve stepping back into our Rapid Fire Fighting Stance. We will also be introducing the 3rd method of practicing the Rapid Fire system and that is thru the use of situational training. Price: $5.00 |

Rapid Fire – Episode 6
In this episode we are going to review the 1st of 4 stance adjustments we will be using in the Rapid Fire System. This episode will be focusing on the 2nd stance adjustment of stepping forward into our Rapid Fire Fighting Stance and using a combination of upper and lower body strikes. In this session we are going to review the basic stance adjustments we have worked to this point. The last stance adjustments to be learned will be re-adjusting our stance to the rear.
