With over 30 years of being involved in martial artist, I have been exposed to numerous self-defense systems and have learned what works, and what doesn’t.
What I found with most of the systems available today was how complicated and confusing they could be and therefore not very practical for most people to learn. My goal was to create a Self Defense Program that women and men from all walks of life regardless of age, body type or fitness level could learn with relative ease and would benefit them both physically and mentally.
The interesting thing about the “Rapid Fire Self Defense & Fitness Program” was it became a multi purpose workout that offered people the ability to get into great shape and at the same time learn how to defend themselves.
Rapid Fire is different from other self-defense systems in a number of ways. First off, the concept and approach I use is very simple, with a clear understanding of the basic needs of people with no previous martial arts or fighting experience. Rapid Fire is based on one simple question: “Are my arms free or not?” By following this simple Self Defense system you will learn to react quickly and effectively, with the easy-to-remember Rapid Fire striking sequence. It is important to emphasize your main goal in a self-defense situation and that is to create a window of opportunity for escape, and get to safety.
The Rapid Fire Self Defense equation was created to emphasize the following points,

- Avoidance and
- Preparation

The Rapid Fire Self Defense and Fitness training program has been designed so that you can practice these techniques on your own or with a partner in three different ways:
- In the air
- Into pads, or
- In simulated attack situations
By practicing the Rapid Fire self-defense and fitness System you will learn to maximize your speed and power, develop a true feel for the techniques, build your self-confidence and prepare yourself in the event of an actual attack situation. You can now practice Rapid Fire with your friends, husband, boyfriend, daughter and son or as a whole family.
